Requirements for Vessels With Registry Endorsements or Foreign Flagged Vessels That Perform Certain Aquaculture Support Operations

The U.S. Coast Guard amended its regulations for waivers allowing documented vessels with only a registry endorsement or foreign-flagged vessels to be used in certain aquatic operations. The new requirements go into effect on Oct. 17, 2016 and may be found at:
