The long-awaited publication of the ALJ project is here. The ALJ project was created at the request of the DOL/ALJ officer with one goal in mind: to research ALJ and BRB decisions regarding attorney fees’ which have been awarded in the 5th Circuit (as of now, but will expand into other circuits) and to examine the criteria it considers in awarding attorney’s fees. This project is a work in progress and will continue to grow and expand into other circuits. However, as promised we wanted to publish the matrix for practitioners to use as a research tool.  The Matrix is organized by Judge and alphabetical order.  A special thanks to our ALJ Survey Editor, Amanda Munguia, for all of her hard work.
