Editor-in-Chief: Ryan Simoneaux

Ryan Simoneaux is a 3L at Loyola Law and serves as the Loyola Maritime Law Journal’s Editor-in-Chief. Ryan is a former-President of Loyola chapter of the Federal Bar Association, a member of Trial Advocacy, has participated in a Trial Advocacy competition team, and is a student member of the St. Thomas More Loyola Inn of Court. 

Ryan received a Bachelor’s of Art in History from Louisiana State University, and thereafter taught American Government and Politics at his high school Alma Mater in Napoleonville, Louisiana. Upon graduaiton, Ryan will sit for the Louisiana bar exam, and is eager to join Forman Watkins & Krutz, LLP, New Orleans branch. 

Chief of Staff: Grace Babin

Grace Babin is a 3L at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and serves as the Chief of Staff of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal. She serves as the Vice Magister of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. She is a Moot Court Staff Member and a Member of the St. Thomas More Loyola Inn of Court. After graduation, she intends to sit for the Louisiana bar exam and practice in her hometown of New Orleans!

Managing Editor: Sara Dramis

Sara K. Dramis is a 3L at Loyola Law and serves as one of the two Managing Editors of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal. She is also the Treasurer of the Latinx Law Student Association and a member of the Maritime Law Society, Environmental Law Society, and the Black Inn of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. 

Sara received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University. After graduation, Sara intends to sit for the Louisiana bar exam.  

Managing Editor: Fraser Mitchell

Fraser K. Mitchell is a 3L in the Civil Law Program at Loyola College of Law and serves as the Managing Editor of the Loyola New Orleans Maritime Law Journal. He works part time as a law-clerk at Galloway Johnson Tompkins Burr & Smith in the Admiralty and Maritime division primarily doing legal research and motion drafting on various maritime issues. He is a Member of Loyola's Moot Court and regularly volunteers as a practice judge for oral argument teams before competitions.

Fraser received his Bachelors of Arts in History from Louisiana State University and after graduating intends to sit for the Louisiana bar exam

Comment Editor: Joeseph Capozzoli

Comment Editor: Myles Hopkins

Myles Hopkins is a 3L in the Day Program at Loyola Law and serves as one of two Comment Editors of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal. He also concurrently serves as Chief Justice for Loyola Law’s Honor Board. Additionally, he is a member of Loyola’s First Generation Law Student Association, the Loyola Advocacy Center via Moot Court membership, and the Black Inn of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society.

Myles received both a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Masters of Arts in Philosophy from Tulane University. After graduation, Myles intends to sit for either the Louisiana Bar or the New York Bar.

Substance & Citation Editor: Caroline Raymond

Caroline is a third-year law student at Loyola University New Orleans, where she serves as a Substance & Citation Editor of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal. She has spent the past two years working as a Research Assistant to Professor Andrea Armstrong. Caroline is active in several organizations, including the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, Women in Law Society, Student Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. She also volunteers as a student preparer at the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Clinic and contributes as a Teaching Assistant for the Constitutional Law Seminar: Incarceration Law & Policy.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Literature from Louisiana State University, where she minored in Business Administration and Political Science. Caroline was recognized as a medalist in the Distinguished Communicator Medal Program during her time at LSU. Caroline is particularly interested in pursuing a career at the intersection of tax law, estate planning, and business successions. After graduation, Caroline intends to sit for the Louisiana bar exam. 

Substance & Citation Editor: Cameron Warren

Cameron Warren is a 3L at Loyola Law and serves as a Substance and Citation Editor of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal. Prior to attending Loyola, he worked for several years as a paralegal for several firms in New Orleans specializing in admiralty and maritime law. He is also a member of the Maritime Law Society and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Cameron received a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Louisiana State University. After graduation, Cameron intends to sit for the Louisiana bar exam and continue working in the maritime field.

Online Editor: John Thomas Harrington

Originally from Crowley, Louisiana, John is a 3L day student at Loyola University College of Law and currently serves as the Online Editor of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal. In this role, John maintains the Journal’s blog and distribution of it’s monthly newsletter, The Current. Outside of the Journal, John has become the Vice-President of the Catholic Law Student Society, Secretary of the Maritime Law Society, and a member of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Society. John maintains a campus job as a LexisNexis Associate while simultaneously being a law clerk at Hair Shunnarah Trial Attorneys.

John received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from Louisiana State University Agricultural & Mechanical College. After graduation, John intends to sit for the Louisiana Bar Examination.

Longshore Conference Editor: Conor McGowan

Conor is a 3L and serves as the Longshoremen’s Conference Editor of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal. Aside from the Journal, Conor is also a member of Loyola Advocacy Center's Moot Court- National Team as an Oralist. Conor received his Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and Diplomacy from Texas A&M University. After graduating Conor plans on sitting for the Texas Bar and plans on commissioning in the U.S. Army JAG Corp. 

Symposium Editor: Natalie Lawson

Natalie Lawson is a 3L student at Loyola Law and serves as the Symposium Editor of the Loyola Maritime Journal. She is also a member of Moot Court and will be the team coach for the FAME IP Moot Court Competition this Spring. Additionally, she is a member of the Women Law Student Association and a member of the Black In of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. 

Natalie received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from Florida State University. After graduation, Natalie intends to sit for the Florida bar exam. 

ALJ Survey Editor: Ashley Reynolds

Ashley Reynolds is a 3L at Loyola Law in the civil law division. She currently serves as the ALJ Project Editor. She is also a member of the Federal Bar Association, International Law Society, and Phi Alpha Delta.  Ashley received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Political Science from Louisiana State University. After graduation, Ashley intends to sit for the Louisiana bar exam.

Event Chair: Keith Kostosky

Keith Kostosky is a 3L at Loyola Law and serves as the Event Chair of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal. For the past 2 years, Keith is currently employed at the Law Offices of J. Patrick Connick. Keith received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duquesne University. After graduation, Keith intends to sit for the Louisiana bar exam.
