U.S.C.G. Outer Continental Shelf National Center of Expertise Initiates Newsletter for OCS Activities

The Outer Continental Shelf National Center of Expertise is a "repository of technical competence, expertise, and best practices regarding the world of U.S. OCS activities." In order to share its expertise and experience better and more efficiently with those with a stake in OCS activities, it has initiated a newsletter, Drill Down, “to provide concise information in a 1- to 2- page format for those involved with or interested in the OCS.” It will explore five fields:  offshore supply vessels, mobile offshore drilling units, production facilities, technical series and lessons learned.
