House Resolution Introduced for Recreational Vessel Training

Congressman Rice (R - New York), joined by Kathleen Rice (D – N.Y.) and Thomas Suozzi (D – N.Y.), introduced legislation (H.R. 4468) on November 28, 2017 to direct the Coast Guard within 180 days of passage of the legislation to study recreational vessel operator training. The legislation was referred to the Subcommittee on Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation n November 29, 2017.
