Update on The Dutra Group v. Batterton, U.S. Sup. Ct. No. 18-266

The Court granted Christopher Batterton’s request to extend the deadline to respond to the writ filed by The Dutra Group to October 31, 2018. In the meantime two amici briefs have been filed:
