Loyola Law Student Wins Faculty Advisor Award

Every year, the Loyola Maritime Law Journal hosts its annual banquet to recognize the outstanding work of its students. However, we were unable to host a banquet this year because of the shutdown caused by the pandemic.

We take this belated opportunity to announce the winner of a student award. The Faculty Advisor Award is presented to the Editorial Board member who made the greatest contribution to the Maritime Journal. This award for the 2019-2020 school year goes to the Comment Editor for The Loyola Current, Spring A. Gaines.

The Current is the blog of the Loyola New Orleans Maritime Law Journal, where we post updates to keep our readers up to date about new decisions in maritime law. We also post news about the Journal and its' members.
