U.S. House Approves Amendments to Marine Debris Act Returned to Senate for Approval

On July 25, 2018, the U.S. House of Representatives approved amendments to the Marine Debris Act. The amendment tacked on two other pieces of legislation, The Marine Safety Act of 2018 and the Coast Guard Blue Technology Center of Expertise Act.  The Marine Debris Act returns to the Senate for final enactment.
