New Amendments to the Lawyer's Trust Account Rules

The Louisiana Supreme Court on June 25, 2021 promulgated amendments to the Lawyer's Trust Account Rules which are effective on August 1, 2021. Specifically, Rule 1.15 of the IOLTA Rules of Professional Conduct were amended.
